1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Pandstay, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use means you accept the changes.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Bookings and payments
Pandstay connects pet owners with pet accommodation providers. Bookings are agreements between you and the provider. Prices, availability, cancellation, and refund policies are set by each provider and shown at the time of booking.
4. User conduct
You agree not to misuse the service, post false or misleading content, or use Pandstay for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Limitation of liability
Pandstay is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the conduct of providers, the quality of accommodations, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
